Before founding Elevare Consulting, I spent a decade leading and supporting HR initiatives inside complex national and global organizations, including VELUX, BlueTriton Brands (Nestlé Waters), and Atlas Copco.
Across corporate, manufacturing, and distribution environments, I partnered closely with leaders through growth, change, employee relations, multi-state compliance, organizational decisions, and the everyday realities that come with leading people at scale.
That experience shaped the way I work today: with a business-first perspective, a practical understanding of people, and the belief that strong organizations do not have to choose between performance and care.
